CYNC was founded in 1994 as C&W Contractors, which engaged the USDA with environmental projects. CYNC’s founder Eric Caraway has been living and working in Brazil since 2001. Mr. Caraway has extensive clinical trial management experience in the USA, where he was employed with Kendle International and TKL Research Inc. over the course of six years. Mr. Caraway is a member of the Association of Clinical Research Associates in 1998 and Member of the Brazilian Society of Clinical Research Professionals since 2004 and a Certified Clinical Research Associate in 1998.

CYNC is a grassroots type organization started with no loans and is debt free. It is our belief that growth will come through perseverance, understanding client needs and quality results leading to an expanded client base. CYNC understands how to reduce the cost of operations due to our direct relationships in a third world country with an emerging economy.
